In Philippine Society, I have to admit that delving into S&amp;T seems like a challenge and risky, especially in terms of financial fulfillment. People seem to be TOO afraid and would rather wallow in something scarcely fulfilling but secure. Very few choose to go against that norm. It&#039;s quite hard because the government (and society itself) doesn&#039;t seem to give enough support for making S&amp;T reachable or &quot;practical&quot; enough for everyone to partake in.
